These Terms govern the use of the omni.az platform (the “Platform”, “we”), operated by Azerizone MMC. By using the Platform you accept these terms.

1. Service

omni.az is a software service that lets businesses manage requests, leads and comments from different channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, website chat, phone, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and others) in one panel, run sales in a CRM and schedule meetings in a calendar.

2. Account and use

The user is responsible for the security of their account. Using the Platform for unlawful purposes, spam or violating the rights of third parties is prohibited.

3. Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (for example TikTok, Meta, Google, Microsoft). Their own terms apply, and we do not guarantee their availability. The use of data received from these services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version is published on this page.
